You will pay the invoice amount due at your door when your order is delivered to you.
What is cash on delivery (COD)?
For those who are not comfortable making payments online, they can use Cash on Delivery as one of the payment methods. Cash on Delivery payments are made at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep. You do not have to pay at the time of placing the order but the parcel will be delivered to your specified location.
All Cash on Delivery orders are shipped after a confirmation call or SMS. Customers who do not respond to confirmation calls/SMS will be notified via mail to cancel the order due to non-confirmation via phone or SMS.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are absolutely no hidden fees. Simply pay the amount you see in your final order summary.
What are the terms and conditions for making a purchase via cash on delivery?
- Cash on Delivery option is only available in selected areas. If the cash on delivery area is not covered by our delivery partner, please pay using credit card.
- Cash on Delivery payments can only be accepted in UAE currency (AED).
If anyone ordering the product using COD method and after that simply rejected the parcel without any valid reason then our company may proceed for the legal action for the damage you have done for the man work, charges related to two way courier etc.,
Refund Process for Cash-on-Delivery payment
In case of Refunds for Orders with Cash on Delivery payment mode, since we receive payments from our logistics provider only on month end, refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of COD payment you have made to the Logistics Company.
What is Credit Card (CC) Payment and Who i can refund on Order Return?
We are using Credit Card payment gateway(s) to accept payment from customers. Currently, we accept Visa and Master Cards to get payments.
If custom cancel the order we refund his payment on same card or add that amount in his nblnatural.com Wallet which he/she able to use for next purchase from nblnatural.com
